Winners Chapel International Odessa, Texas is a branch of the Living Faith Church Worldwide (aka Winners Chapel) with our Headquarters in Canaan Land, Ota, Nigeria, Africa. Our Mandate for ministry was given in an 18 hour vision from the LORD Himself to our president and founder, Bishop Dr. David Oyedepo. During this vision, a commission was received from the LORD to liberate mankind in all facets of human existence, to restore and empower broken destinies, and to bring healing and deliverance to the afflicted.
I am persuaded that your being here today was orchestrated by God and God DOES NOT make mistakes. My prayer is that whether you are just visiting, requesting information or seeking a complete turnaround intervention, your purpose for the visit will not be truncated in Jesus name.

The Mandate
Our Mandate speaks of liberation in all facets of human existence, we focus mainly on destinies that have been afflicted, battered, beaten, tattered, deformed and subsequently in groaning and agonies, as a result of pains, pangs and crying. This is the mandate.
